Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our 3D printed products, we do not accept general returns based on buyer’s remorse, color variation, or minor cosmetic differences. Each item is printed uniquely and may exhibit slight variances in finish, layering, or color tone as a natural result of the additive manufacturing process.
However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and offer one of the following resolutions, as appropriate:
- Replacement of the defective item
- Partial refund
- Full refund (in rare cases where no replacement is feasible)
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Custom or personalized orders (unless damaged or defective)
- Normal wear from use or handling
- Variations in color, surface texture, or minor print artifacts
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only in the event of damaged or incorrect items. We do not offer exchanges for product preference (e.g., color swaps or different hat variations).
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately. While Mostly 3D is not responsible for carrier-related delays or mishandling, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider and ensure you receive your product.
Order Processing Time
All of our products are 3D printed in-house to order, which allows us to maintain high quality and customization. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Larger or bulk orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been printed, packed, and shipped.
